Company Healthstyle Council
YourQuest® provides your company with the research and agenda to setup and run your company’s internal Healthstyle Council. It includes a complete agenda with how to create a Healthstyle Council, form teams, create competition, choose incentives, select and administer incentive programs. From marketing materials and an implementation plan including environment, ergonomics, cleanliness, air quality and supportive policies YourQuest® helps manage your wellness program.
Team Competition
Team selection is facilitated using the Healthstyle Council’s agenda information. YourQuest® handles every aspect of hosting a successful wellness competition for your employees including team selection and incentive rewards. Studies show that team-based health competitions generate impressive results. Team members provide valuable support and friendly competition provides the extra motivation that participants need to succeed in the difficult task of improving their lifestyle habits.
Health Counselor - "Coach"
Our Health Counselor has online contact with individual participants via an interactive chat session. After reviewing the Health Risk Assessment, Counselors suggest program resources for individuals to explore. They can also discuss specific health concerns, direct them to appropriate resources and keep them engaged. There is a separate fee for this service.
Program Coordinator
The Coordinator is a virtual or live communication that supports and monitors the success of the Healthstyle Council. They present webinars on new developments within the industry. The contact person for the company works s with the YourQuest® Program Coordinator to guide it alone its path to success.
Well-Care Starter Packages
One-stop shopping for items that allow participants record their weight, body measurements, and blood pressure. There are also exercise packages that will get users moving, such as yoga mats, pedometers and resistance bands. What ever your needs are, by buying from our Foundation, you will help support the fight against childhood obesity.
Biometric Screenings
YourQuest® works with vendors and Healthcare providers to input a series of biomedical screenings in participants Personal Health Record. This helps identify current high-risk individuals for chronic conditions and accurately focuses wellness initiatives. Healthcare provider reports are available for the participant to share with their provider.
Aggregate Reports
YourQuest® provides the company with worksite audits, participation and health risk collective reports so that they can easily monitor the success of the program. But no individual reporting of participants is available to protect the individual’s HIPPA security and privacy.
